Director of VCionca Consulting since 2016, Valérie Cionca has been a PTSTA-O since 2018 and holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne. Apart from teaching TA in different TA schools and supervising students, she also teaches at two business and nursing schools in Switzerland.

After 25 years' experience in HR, project management and management in service companies in Switzerland, she has been coaching managers and teams since 2016 in their professional and personal development needs for greater dialogue, performance and meaning.

She’s also EATA delegate for the swiss TA association
