Transformative Coaching Programme

We created this programme with the intention of contributing to the development of certified coaches in the region, in the field of business and executive coaching.

The Transformative Coaching Programme is accredited by EMCC Global – EQA. After completing the programme and successfully meeting the standards for completion of the first and second year of training, participants meet the requirements for Individual Coach – Practitioner certification with EMCC Global.

The Transformative Coaching Programme is an integrative part of the Academy for Organizational Development and Consulting. It includes Year 1 and Year 2 of the Academy:

The Academy for Organizational Development and Consulting is a three-year advanced training in Organizational Transactional Analysis for professionals who want to develop skills for working with organizations and within organizations in the roles of coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant.
