Patrick Odendaal is a PTSTA – Organizations. He has worked for almost 20 years for all kinds of governmental organizations, healthcare and welfare institutions where he supported the organisation to work more effectively by applying process management. He uses a self-developed method that gives simplicity and clarity to improving the structure of the organisation.

At the same time, he supports the organisation to practically improve the culture using the language of Transactional Analysis. Patrick is also a trainer and supervisor at a TA-institute in the Netherlands.
