Consultant & Coach with experience across multiple industries, James helps leaders and their teams navigate complex changes and work more effectively together. What makes his approach unique is his expertise in Organisational Transactional Analysis. Having started his own TA journey in 2013, he finds delight in applying these powerful ideas in his day-to-day coaching and consulting.

James obtained his Certified Transactional Analysis (CTA-O) qualification in 2019 and subsequently became a PTSTA−O in 2021. From this time he has trained and supervised those working in and with organisations who would like to use TA in their own daily work. He has a passion for helping other practitioners see the system behind the individual and the hidden dynamics within teams. He brings a blend of real-world experience from and a deep, practical understanding of the human element that makes organisations tick.
