Dr Sandra Wilson is a consultant, trainer, and supervisor with more than three decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. After a successful corporate career, she founded her own consulting practice and specialized in introducing coaching into organizations, developing leaders, and enhancing team effectiveness.

She holds international accreditations as a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst – Organisational (PTSTA-O), Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), and EMCC Master Practitioner in coaching, supervision, and mentoring. Sandra has designed and delivered accredited programs for coaches and leaders across Europe and served as the founder and CEO of the International Centre for Business Coaching for more than 30 years.

Sandra is the co-author of the The Integrated Leader™ leadership model, contributes to international coaching and TA publications, teaches on global coaching and supervision programs, and provides mentoring and supervision to professionals in the field.
